Questions?

Let’s clear a few things up.

  • Yes — I work exclusively with Squarespace because it offers the best mix of design flexibility, ease of use, and long-term sustainability for small business owners.

It allows me to build beautiful, functional sites that you can confidently manage after launch — no plugins, no maintenance headaches, and no surprise tech issues.

If you're currently using another platform (like Wix or WordPress), making the move to Squarespace is easy — and I’ll guide you through the process to make it smooth and stress-free.

*individual packages will include some additional features

    Not Included:

    • full copy writing

    • logo or custom graphic design

    • Squarespace hosting / domain fees

    • apps / 3rd party integration fees

    • Website legal policies

    • Extra pages or shop set-ups

  • After our discovery call and once your project is booked, you’ll receive a welcome package that outlines exactly what I need — things like photos, branding assets, written content, and a few thoughtful questions to help me get to know your business, voice, and goals.

Then, before I dive into the design, we’ll have a 1-hour kick-off call to map out the direction of your site and make sure we’re aligned on vision, flow, and function. From there, I take the reins and bring it all to life.

  • Not entirely — I’ll guide you through what’s needed, and then I take your words, ideas, and voice and refine them into clear, client-centered messaging.

You don’t need to be a professional writer — just bring your thoughts, and I’ll help shape them into copy that feels aligned and intentional.

  • You don’t need a full brand package, but having a logo — or at least a simple wordmark — is definitely helpful before we begin.

I can guide you in choosing fonts and colors that reflect your style and values, and make sure everything feels cohesive across your site.

  • Yes — high-quality photos are essential for creating a website that feels polished, trustworthy, and aligned with your brand.

I highly recommend working with a professional photographer in your area, and it’s a required part of the process for all website packages.

Don’t worry — I’ll guide you on what types of photos to get and how to prep for your shoot so everything flows beautifully into the final design.

  • We’ll talk through all your needs during our initial consultation to make sure your package includes everything you need. Once the project is underway, I stick to the original scope to keep the process smooth and focused.

That said, Squarespace makes it easy to expand — so if you need more pages or features down the road, we can absolutely add them through a new scope of work.

  • Depending on your goals and budget, we can build in extra features like:

    • A styled online shop

    • Membership or course platform integration

    • Booking system integration

    • Blog setup

    • Extra sales or service pages

    • Email opt-ins and lead magnets

    • Video carousel integrations

    • Google Reviews integration

    • Graphic design elements

    • Simple watermark logo

If there's something else you have in mind, just ask — chances are, we can make it happen.

  • Yes. All projects are split into two or three payments, depending on the package.

A deposit secures your spot, and the remaining payments are spaced out through the project timeline.

If you need something a little different, I’m happy to talk through options during your consultation call.

  • Yes — I occasionally take on smaller projects for past clients or those in need of a light refresh.

This could look like an SEO tune-up, updating content or photos, refining your copy, or giving your site a yearly refresh to keep things current.

I also offer hourly support for quick edits or strategy sessions, depending on availability. Just reach out and let me know what you need.
